thirds is my happy place in Minnesota. Lots of beautiful walking paths that are open all year round, a great interpretive center, a fun little shop, and camps for all ages.
Our school and the students have been going here for years. They love the experience and the learning. So many activities and opportunties. The staff is fantastic. Will be back again!
An amazing property dedicated to public education! over 6,000 acres with forest trails through a mixed hardwood and coniferius forest. Many majestic white pines surrounded by a colorful fall bouquet of maple, birch, popple and more. The foerest is managed as a clinic on sustained yield with a 75 year rotation plan. A great place to see the positive wildlife impact of managed forestry.
Had an unforgettable high school experience here. And there's great food!
